Purpose

The purpose of this document is to assist customers on troubleshooting the different scenarios, causes and resolutions for known issues with Server Manager Managed Instances on AS400 iSeries platform and Enterprise Servers.

This knowledge document is designed to direct you through basic JDEdwards EnterpriseOne Server Manager Managed Instances functionality and known issues on AS400 iSeries platform and Enterprise Servers. The knowledge attachments are not meant as a substitute for the Server Manager Guide, but as an aid for better understanding on troubleshooting Server Manager Managed Instance processes.
