After upgrading the application server to WebSphere, users with a language preference on the Web client are having problems with data selection. When logged on to web client as a Spanish or French user, the screen locks up when trying to change data selection to "literal" for a batch version. The selection screen is void of any controls and the browser is basically stuck on an empty screen. The only way to get out is to log complete out of EnterpriseOne. There were no problems when logged in to the web client as a user with the default language of English, or when running on a fat client or running on a fat client logged into the JDV7333 environment. Why does this occur when logged into the Web client for users with a language preference?
