The purpose of this document is to assist customers in troubleshooting the different scenarios, causes and resolutions for known issues with Server Manager Agent on AS400 iSeries platform and Enterprise Servers.
This knowledge document is designed to direct you through basic JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Server Manager Agent functionality and known issues. This knowledge document is not meant as a substitute for the Server Manager Guide, but as an aid for a better understanding of troubleshooting Server Manager Agent processes.
