Goal
Two scenarios used as example here:
- During testing phase, client had the PY pathcode installed on both the Production and Development Enterprise Servers. Now that testing is complete, they want PY installed only on the Development Enterprise Server, so they built a new full PY package for the Development Server and deployed it. They have removed PY from the machine records for the Production Server, but are not able to delete the old PY package because it shows as being deployed.
- Customer requires information on how to delete a package that was deployed to an enterprise server that no longer existed. User couldn't delete it through the package application because the package status was deployed.
