E1:COM Failed to get OCM information error in COM log

Symptoms

 
In the interop debug log for COM, the customer gets the following error message when he tries to call a BSFN called "F98OWSECUpdateRecords".

Failed to get OCM info for  F98OWSECUpdateRecords business function.
