E1: SVM: Server Manager Is Not Working After Servers Join Into The Same Domain (Doc ID 661784.1)

SCENARIO 1

All EnterpriseOne servers are in workgroup environment. Due to Crystal installation, it is required for all the servers to join domain. Server Manager was working fine in workgroup environment, but there is problem after all servers are in the same domain. Server Manager is installed on Deployment Server. Also added server IP addresses and names into the Deployment Server Windows\...\etc\hosts file. Server Manager Console shows JAS or Enterprise Server instances are running, but when clicking on JAS or Enterprise Server instance the following message appears:  

SCENARIO 2

Server Manager shows managed home location as DOWN status and managed instances as UNDETERMINED status, after restarting Deployment Server, Enterprise Server and Web Server.
