E1: BSSV: " user is not authorized " Error in BSSV Server Log (Doc ID 661924.1)

Symptoms

 
While you are testing the below business service from OAS, you get the  "user is not authorized error: " error in bssv server log.

Steps to test the business service:
Go to the web services window in OAS, and select "RT_AddressBookManagerHttpPort" and click on the "test Service" button.  Select your port and click on "TestWeb Service".
 
Select :getAddressBook under operation drop down list.  Uncheck all the "Include In Message" box except "User Name" and "Password" under WS-Security AND "entityId" under "entity".  Enter a valid AB ID number in entityID, and click on Invoke.  You'll get the AB info for the ID.
