While investigating an issue at an EnterpriseOne customer, Oracle engineering identified several solutions, which may improve the performance and reliability of the EnterpriseOne server for customers utilizing the XML Interoperability interface. These solutions should be considered for adoption as engineering fixes by our customers who are currently using, or upgrading to, EnterpriseOne tools release 8.96 or 8.97 or 8.98 and applications release 8.12 and 9.0. These solutions are intended to fix the following:

  1. Thread safety and memory management issues when utilizing some aspects EnterpriseOne XML Interoperability functionality.
  2. Memory management issues when utilizing Distribution and Manufacturing applications through the EnterpriseOne XML Interoperability functionality.
