The forecast dates are not being calculated correctly when processing planned demand in the Enter/Change Actuals (P3460/F3460) table based on the setup in the FOREDATE Advanced Preference.  If the month calculation rule is set to a 1 (day of week), it should use the day of the week defined in the Demand Rules. The date it is using for the forecast date is the Monday of the following week.

This is causing MRP to be incorrect as the planning requirements will be late.
