E1: UBE: UBEs Fail to Run on EnterpriseOne 8.12 on AS/400 Server Due to Database Errors in METADATA Kernel (Doc ID 663627.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading from OneWorld Xe to EnterpriseOne 8.12 on iSeries V5R3 users are not able to run any standard UBEs on server (they are going in to an error). Errors in METADATA kernel log indicate EnterpriseOne is unable to execute SQL queries against EnterpriseOne libraries

However running the SQL statement directly from iSeries, it executes successfully.
