Symptoms
We are building Service Consumer Business Services and have deployed them locally to the development client OC4J through JDeveloper.
We have built a business function, in C, calling the jdeCallBusinessService method provided by the API. We have also build an application to call the business function.
When we run the application and call the business function we get this error,
Call to Web Service failed, error: Invalid configuration for BSSS server. Pleases ensure that BSSV server configuration is completed.
the JDEDEBUG log reflects the error,
In the JD Edwards E1 Tools 8.97 BS Dev Guide is states as a prerequisite, pg82,
"OCM is configured to send business service messages to local business services server."
How do we configure OCM to point to the localhost:8888/LOCALDEV URL and context for local BSSV calls?
