Symptoms

I have an application that is based on a join business view. The application should display records that exist in the primary table even when there are no matching records in the secondary table. This works correctly until a user with row security uses the application. For a user with row security, only records that exist in both the primary and secondary tables are displayed in the application. Why are the results different in the application when row security is defined?
