E1: FDA: Error of "JAS_MSG431: Fetch Serialized Object Failed" when Attempting to Run an Application on the Web Client (Doc ID 664593.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run an application, such as P0005S, on the Web Client, I am getting the following error:

COULD NOT LOAD FORM: P0005S_W0005SB
JAS_MSG431 : Fetch serialized object failed. Please contact your system administrator


In the jas.log the following errors are given:

23 9 2008 09:00:21,848 [Line ?] [MANDATORY] TFT22 - [GENERATOR] GenFromJNIFlag: Setting value [false] in cache.
23 9 2008 09:00:22,082 [Line ?] [SEVERE] TFT22 - [GENERATOR] JavaGen error code = OBJECT_DOES_NOT_EXIST_IN_F9860 com.jdedwards.runtime.generator.JavaGenException: The object, P0005S, does not exist in the F9860 table.
