Symptoms

User is unable to export grid data to Excel. In "Export Assistant", after clicking the "Continue" button (with export option : Export To Excel - Export to a new Workbook), nothing happens or user gets a blank Excel spreadsheet or user get the error "Failed to Start Excel".  However, the user is able to export to a comma separated values (CSV) with no problem.
