E1: SEC: The Security Kernel User List Does Not Get Cleaned Up (Doc ID 759368.1)

Symptoms

When working with the User List in Server Administration Workbench (SAW), many users appear active even though their user sessions had ended days ago. This is especially an issue with user sessions created when running UBEs on the Enterprise server and for user sessions that were not ended properly by usres working on a terminal server.

<Bug 12525300> is applied to fix the issue, but the issue persists. Additionally, memory consumed by jdenet_k.exe processes running for the Security kernels continues to grow until EnterpriseOne services are restarted. There are no hard error messages in any JDE client or server logs.
