E1: UBE: Error "Retrieve of UBE failed" When Viewing CSV Output Prior to 8.97.2.7 or 8.98.0.6 (Doc ID 784956.1)

Symptoms

All UBEs are submitted successfully and finish with a "D" (Done) status. Both CSV and PDF files are being created on the batch server (or Enterprise Server).  However, whenever selecting to view the CSV file from WSJ (Work with Submitted Jobs) the following message appears:

UBE: Retrieve of UBE file failed. The file may not exist on Enterprise Server
