E1: PRINT: All Reports Are Not Printing to PostScript, PCL, and/or any Line Printers (Doc ID 786160.1)

Symptoms

All printing attempts to printers configured with a particular output type (PostScript, PCL, or Line Printer) are failing (i.e.: spooling endlessly) or completing with incorrect formatting.

UBE Debug log may refer to one of the following messages: 

For PS printer issues:  prtFilter_ConvertToPCL or prtFilter_ConvertToLP

For PCL printer issues: prtFilter_ConvertToLP or prtFilter_ConvertToPS

For Line printer issues: prtFilter_ConvertToPCL or prtFilter_ConvertToPS

Changes

Someone may have modified or misconfigured the parameter strings that EnterpriseOne uses to convert the PDF to PCL, PostScript, or Line Printer format in GH9013.
