E1: JAS: Transactions Timeout on HTML Client and Error "An exception has been caught by the Web client" (Doc ID 791098.1)

Symptoms

When running any transaction for e.g. entering a voucher using application P0411 and the number of lines takes more than 10 minutes to return, you get the following error:

An exception has been caught by the Web client. please contact your system administrator.


In the JAS.LOG you may also see a message when the transaction times out:

com.jdedwards.jas.transaction.JASTransactionException: remote transaction context is null


After following <Document 1488013.1> E1: JAS: How To Set The "Session Timeout" Value For Any Application Server - issues persists with transactions timing out after 10 minutes.
