Symptoms
1. When trying to login on JAS server instance, the following error is shown:

2. On a Development Client (FAT) when trying to login in some specific environment, the following error occurs:

The specified role environment pair is invalid. Please specify a valid role and environment.
Changes
New user has been created and assigned to specific roles, or a new environment has been created.
