Symptoms

AS/400 iSeries Platform.

1. You have setup a custom environment for EnterpriseOne install, but are unable to login to the HTML client.  You get an error:

 

2. After restarting JDE services, some users cannot login.

Error:

The specified role environment pair is invalid. Please specify a valid role and environment.
