E1: BSFN: How to Fix Warnings Generated when Building Business Functions in OMW (Doc ID 819166.1)

How can I fix the warnings that are generated when building business functions in Object Management Workbench (OMW)?  The warnings display on all business functions.  Here is an example from the buildlog.txt:

Microsoft Visual Studio Version being used: 8
Processing user defined build tools.

Generating Makefile: C:\e900\DV900\obj\CFIN.mak
Makefile generated.

Building business functions.
