Information in this document applies to any platform.
Customer has duplicate entries in Server Manager Console for their enterprise server.
One entry shows up in red, the other shows up as green (active), but when they access it, there is no stop/start button to control the server.
Because of this, customer cannot manage their enterprise server instance through server manager.
