The Build Location Master UBE (R41820) is run to build update the Location Master table (F4100). It looks at the F41021 table and, if it finds item location records there for which there is no location record in F4100, it will then create the F4100 record(s).

This report will only have to be run in very exceptional circumstances, as the F41021 and F4100 usually correlate. (In fact, for the screens in this document, it was necessary to manually modify a record in the F41021 with a non-existent location).

The R41820 might be used, for example, when data is imported into the F41021 that contains locations that do not currently exist in the F4100.
