Occasionally users get an error message when using JD Edwards HTML/Web client. This issue occurs 1-2 times a day. When this occurs, you have to restart Internet Explorer to workaround the issue. This happens on EnterpriseOne 8.12 with Tools Release 8.97 and later release.
Below is the error message that appears on any application at any time:
Users may also experience internet browser keeps spinning or displaying PROCESSING or OPENING APPLICATION endlessly and performance is very slow or application form does not appear at all.
Issue may appear after tools release upgrade or different Internet Explorer browser versions.
