Symptoms

You are on EnterpriseOne 8.12 and Tools Release 8.96.  You submit UBE R42520_SC00KAS1 but it fails when it runs from E1 Scheduler.  The same UBE runs successfully when submitted via Batch Versions.

Your Scheduler logs do not show errors, but the runbatch log shows:
