Get activconsole.exe error on Windows Server. When logging in as an administrator to the Citrix server directly or the Citrix client using remote desktop, EnterpriseOne crashed with faulting application activconsole.exe and faulting module jdeuser.dll errors in the event viewer.
Users do not encounter any problems running EnterpriseOne. Could it be Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) corrupted, as found in the website?
OneWorld Enterprise Server 021805:0100_OneWorld_EO8.9x encountered a problem and needed to close.
