Goal

In this scenario here, customer wanted to upgrade an EnterpriseOne 8.10 installation to EnterpriseOne 9.0 application release level, but wanted to test out the steps on a system copy / clone of his E1 8.10 installation first.

Customer wanted to determine what steps might be involved in cloning/copying his current 8.10 installation, so that they could test out his upgrade steps first before doing it in production.
