Purpose

This document will help in troubleshooting some database issues when an Oracle Database is configured with EnterpriseOne.  It also describes Oracle database parameters associated with EnterpriseOne and how and where to change these parameters with screenshots for easier navigation.

This document also contain the most common ORA errors found in EnterpriseOne logs with a cause and action to resolve those issues.
