When creating an Equipment or SWM Work Order using P17714/P90CD002/P13714, the following error is generated:  Error: There is an existing Work Order, SWM Error ID 113T or CAM error 1A69.  The work order cannot be entered against a specific piece of equipment because work order exists.  While another Work Order does exist for this asset, it is closed and should not be taken into account or there is no business requirement, at this time, to only allow one work order to exist at a time.  

Need the ability to create a new Work Order for the same Installed Base Record.   How can this be done?
