E1: ENV: JDB9900810 - Failed to populate address book number Error when Logging Into a Custom Environment

Call Object generic error message generated due to outdated environments.
In this scenario, several users are unable to login to a custom environment that has been archived. When this occurs, the following error message appears in the Enterprise Server Call Object kernel JDE.LOG:
JDB9900810 - Failed to populate address book number and user full name for user USERNAME
