E1:PRINT: A New Printer Installed on Windows Is Not Working (Doc ID 945691.1)

Goal

You have installed a new NT printer. From a fat client, you can not print from WSJ (Work with Submitted Jobs). You get the following error in JDE.LOG:

KNT0000141 - Could not start printer \\dkqprt03\dkqlp016.
KNT0000099 - JDEK_DispatchCallObjectMessage: Pooled Connection: 003DB920 timed out!
