E1: UPG: Custom UBE Web-Only Versions Not Visible After Upgrade (Doc ID 948708.1)

Symptoms

UBE Versions created by user are not visible in the web, but available in F983051 table.
It happens after the JDE EnterpriseOne software upgrade. In this case here, upgrade done from E1 8.11 SP1 to 9.0 application release level.
All versions that cannot be seen are web-only custom versions created in E1 8.11 SP1.
In E1 9.0 Batch Versions application (BV), all reports show versions of JDE and XJDE only, the customer's user created versions are not appearing, AND when they create a new version in E1 9.0 that they had earlier in E1 8.11 SP1, it will give an error of "duplicate version".


Changes

Client has upgraded from E1 8.11 SP1/TR 8.97 to E1 9.0/TR 8.98.
