Symptoms

Client created new pathcode and environment named UPG812 and is building a new full package UPG812FA for this environment. Package build process can't attach JDELocal_UPG812 MSDE database, as files seem to be missing in data library.
When building a full client package, the following error is showing in the ClientPkgBuild.log:
(…) Tue Sep 29 19:24:08 - Compressed data file \\<SERVERNAME>\E812\UPG812\package\datacomp\data.CAB does not exist.
Tue Sep 29 19:24:08 - PkgInf.cpp:2330 PKGINF0089 ERROR: Failed to find the time stamp from file '\\<SERVERNAME>\E812\UPG812\package\data\JDELocal_UPG812.mdf' or \\<SERVERNAME>\E812\UPG812\package\datacomp\data.CAB
