Symptoms

Business function B9840521 FindFileNameWithWildCard is called in a UBE report. The business function fails with error [COB0000012 - GetProcAddress failed CINSTALL function FindFileNameWithWildCard Error = 0] when the UBE report is run on the server but runs successfully when the UBE report is run Local on a fat client. Why?
