Symptoms

Tools Release: SP23_Z1
Websphere 6.1 on Windows 2003 R2 SP2
You recently upgraded OneWorld to SP23_Z1. And then upgraded the AS/400 to V5R4M5. Everything was working fine.
Then you backed up the AS/400 and restored it onto a new AS/400 that was also at V5R4M5.
Now OneWorld HTML is not working correctly. 
You can log in to OneWorld HTML, but when you click find in Supplier Ledger Inquiry with a supplier number in the supplier number field, you get the following popup error:



Changes

Upgraded AS400 machine (hardware).  Moved Enterprise Server and DB from older machine to newer machine
