Information in this document applies to any platform.

On any applications with input-capable grid, data entered is lost or keystrokes are lost when you perform rapid data entry. This issue occurs only on the web client. This issue occurs if InteractivityLevel is set to HIGH in [ERPINTERACTIVITY] section of JAS.INI.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Go into any application with input capable grid (example Application: P4210 /Form: W4210A). Fast path to P4210. Click Add.
  2. Fill in the Form Header fields: Branch/Plant, Sold To, Shipped To.
  3. On Grid, for convenience for fast data entry, create a customize grid with only 2 columns "Item Number" and "Quantity Ordered".
  4. Type data rapidly into the grid columns for multiple rows of data. Noticed that some keystrokes are lost intermittently resulting in incorrect data entry.
