Symptoms

There are several UBE jobs which have completed successfully with the correct PDF output and with a status "D" in Work With Submitted Jobs.  However, the jde.log file in the client machine contains the following error message:

KNT0000140 - Could not open printer \\SERVER\PRINTERNAME for printing.
