MRP (R3482/R3483) calculates supply and demand for MRP items based on Open Work Order Statuses. Some MRP items have lot numbers. When material issues (IM) to work orders are split between lines to account for different lot numbers, only the first line (not the "Line Item Closed" line) is taken into account for MRP demand. All issued quantities on "Line Item Closed" lines are ignored in for MRP demand calculations, creating "false" demand on MRP items with lot numbers.
Use of unplanned issues.
