Goal

Currently in EnterpriseOne 8.10 we call business function B34A1030 - Execute External Program to open the local application using the command line "start mailto: emailaddress".  However, will this still work on the web client? Can B34A1030 still be used to call the local mail client or local application (pdf as an example) in EnterpriseOne 8.12 or 9.0 and beyond ?
