The UDC (User Defined Code) values are not shown for users if they have a language other than the default (blank) set up in their user profile. If the translation is not defined for the UDC values, the system does not show the default language (English) description instead.
The issue was noticed for users who had "E" English as the language in their profile, but will also occur for other languages as well. For example, in Object Management Workbench (OMW), when creating a new project, in the Type field the user pushes the visual assist, the UDC form shows up with the right system code and UDC list name, but no UDC values are retrieved in the grid. If a value is entered directly in the field, without calling the visual assist, then it is accepted and validated correctly.
