E1: OUTBND: Transaction Server (Websphere) Stops Processing Records In The F90710 Table - FFDC failed to open or create incident stream file in Systemout.log (Doc ID 979807.1)

Symptoms

8.98/Linux/RTE
Websphere 6.1.0.21

You have upgraded your tools release from 8.97 to 8.98 (also RTE server from AIX to Linux) and now RTE server works for awhile and stops working (stops polling the records from F90710). PD is still using 8.97 RTE and you are testing 8.98 in DV/QA enviornment where the issue is occurring.
If you restart RTE, it always processes the events for awhile.

1.  You start to see the following message in the systemout.log

FFDC0011I: FFDC failed to open or create incident stream file /apps/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/RTE/logs/ffdc/J2EE_AS_7085


2.  30 minutes or so later, you start to see many exception messages in systemout.log

3.  Another 30 minutes later, TS logs (e1root) starts to show below message:

MQJMS2005: failed to create MQQueueManager for 'uslx46a.intranet.local:WAS_uslx46aNode02_J2EE_AS_7086'

and

Faliure while creating token message : java.net.UnknownHostException: uslx46a: uslx46a
java.net.UnknownHostException: uslx46a: uslx46a


4.  Another 30 minutes later, Transaction Server stops processing records in F90710.

Changes

In 8.97, you are using AIX machine.
In 8.98, you have changed to Linux machine.
