Symptoms

After installing the full package on the client machines and logging into EnterpriseOne, when you opens Object Management Workbench (OMW), you receive the following warning:

 

Similarly, sometimes the following error also happens:

The file URL Cannot be Loaded

Able to click OK and proceed and perform all normal tasks, but wanted to know why the warning/error message occurs and how to remove the warning.
