January 2017 Update: JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Working With Electronic Tax Reporting for Germany (Doc ID 987747.1)

Purpose

The German Federal Agency of Finance (Bundesamt für Finanzen) requires businesses operating in Germany to provide electronic access to copies of accounting data according to an audit process detailed in the document Grundsätze zum Datenzugriff und zur Prüfbarkeit digitaler Unterlagen (GDPdU). Data from live data processing systems must be extracted and provided to tax auditors on industry-standard digital media such as a CD-ROM or DVD.

This documentation update applies to JD Edwards EnterpriseOne releases 9.0, 9.1 and 9.2.

Note: The database tables F0018, F03B11, F0411 and F0911 used to generate the German txt files are identical for releases 9.0, 9.1 and 9.2.

December 2016 Update:
The attached file Working with Electronic Tax Reporting for Germany is the updated chapter from the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Applications Localizations for Germany Implementation Guide, Release 9.2. The programs, tables, and processes described in this chapter are the same as those for releases 8.12 and 9.1.

The attached index.xml file is updated with the Accuracy XML tag for numeric values in the output files, and with changes in the field order for the following output files:

January 2017 Update:
The document named Working With Electronic Tax Reporting for Germany is updated to correct the order of the fields described for the F09011GDPDU.txt file.

November 2018 Update:
The index.xml file is updated to replace the invalid <UTF-8> tag by the valid <UTF8> tag for resolving the validation error.
