E1: 75J: Tax Categories of "1","2" and "3" Hard Coded in the R7500090 (Doc ID 989414.1)

Goal

The R7500090 (Calculate Withholding Tax - Japan) does not work if you use withholding tax categories other than "1","2" and "3".

Steps:
1. Add the withholding tax category of "A" on the P75014 (Withholding Revisions - Japan).
2. Set the withholding tax category of "A" to the supplier on P010154JP.
3. Create a voucher using the supplier on P0411.
4. Run R7500090.
