A user is trying to Submit a World Writer version owned by another user. The owner can submit the version. An error is received for the other user: Error 1737 Not authorized to perform the requested function on this query.
A user is trying to Add, Change or Delete World Writer versions in any Query Group and encounters error 1737 stating "Not Authorized to Perform Opt. on Query". This error occurs even on versions that are owned by the user.
