 Error 562K:  The State-Province/Country code entered was not found in the State-Province/Country Code file F0075
 Error 502X: Change Not Allowed
 Error 4204:  Postal Code Number Not Set Up
 Error 3437:  Country not in Country File - WARNING
 Error 011J:  Search Type Invalid for Vertex
 Error 0025:  Data Dictionary Values
 Error 0027:  User Defined Code Error  
 Error 3906/3907:  Amount Currency Code May Not Be Changed
 Error 183J: Duplicate Address Book Entry
 Error 0002:  Record Invalid
 Error 420B:  Blanks Required on Add
 Other Issues
 Issue 1:  After upgrade to release A9.x, when you locate an address book record using Address Book Revisions (P01051), and then press F6 (Additional Notes) to update existing notes, the program abruptly ends and returns a system error message.
 Issue 2:  A Foreign Country has recently changed its Address format for mailing.
 Issue 3: On Address Book Revisions (P01051),  some users are unable to display specific row exits and have missing function keys on Available Functions/Options window (P96012) using F24?
 Issue 4: When the user attempts to hit enter after adding a new address book record the system is locking.
