Information in this document applies to any platform.
The User Activity Reporting (UAR) assists customers in monitoring compliance with their software license agreements and may mitigate the risk of paying additional fees as a result of an audit.
The tool enables customers to:
- associate user license types as stated in the contract with specific users
- monitor update activity for specific transaction files
- track menu travel by user
- display total number of users logged in, peak counts and average counts
- specify dates and times when data is collected
UAR is available for release A9.1 and A9.2. Download JDEWorld:A92UAR from the Update Center.
UAR is included in the download for A9.3 software. Documentation can be found in the A9.3 Technical Tools Guide beginning in Chapter 16.
