Goal

How to generate a new set of journal entries with the correct G/L date by copying UNPOSTED journal entries in error.  Unposted means that P09800 - Post Journal Entries to G/L has not been run, therefore Account Balances (F0902) have not been updated.
This solution applies to unposted entries generated by Manufacturing programs such as Work In Process (P31802), Work Order Variances (P31804), Orderless Manufacturing Accounting (P31862), Close Actual Work Orders (P31806) and costing program Frozen Cost update (P30835)/ The error is usually caused by entering a date different than the current date of the run when the G/L Date is set in the corresponding processing option of these programs.:

 1. Enter the G/L Date. If left blank,
the current date will be used.
