LegaSuite Server will not start and/or unable to access the Java client after upgrading to Web Enablement (A93).

Message . . . . :  ROCKET LICENSE FILE NOT FOUND

  THE LEGASUITE GUI ENGINE COULD NOT START DUE TO CONFIGURATION ERRORS (SEE JOB LOG)
