Troubleshooting Steps
 Issue 1: Backorder release program generates error 2111 (quantity on hand for item is zero), even though there is enough quantity on hand to release the backorder.
 Issue 2: Backordered sales order (SO) detail lines with a line type of W cannot be released by either Backorder Release Batch (P42118) or Back Order Release Interactive (P42117).
 Issue 3: You do not want backordered lines included in the Open Orders amount (OTOT) in Check Credit, P42050.
 Issue 4: You want to backorder a sales order detail line, but  Sales Order Entry (P4211) will not allow it.  It is going back to a shippable status.
 Issue 5: How can you set up Pick Slip Print - P42520 to print both the backordered and shippable lines, yet to not print if the whole order is on backorder?
 Issue 6: Is it acceptable to change the P42118 Data Sequence sort sequence?
 Issue 7: Should replacement items backorder? 
 Issue 8: Released order continues to show on hold on sales header and F4209 released fields are not updated.
