 This document provides resolutions for errors or issues that you might encounter when you dispose an asset using Mass Disposals (P12104) or Single Asset Disposals (P12105)

 Error 3438: No Detail Information Exists
 Issues
 Issue 1:  The system highlights the New Item No if Trade In field on Single Asset Disposals when you try to dispose of an asset that has a trade in. 
 Issue 2:  The system does not locate records to process (using Mass Disposals) or to display (using Single Asset Disposals).
 Issue 3:  An asset was disposed with cash proceeds prior to entering the journal entry or receipt to record the proceeds.
 Issue 4:  When you enter a disposal using Single Asset Disposals and specify a disposal method, the system does not always update the value to the Equipment Status field in the Asset Master record.   
 Issue 5: The system returns or prints the error "Invalid Account" when you run Single Asset Disposal (P12105) or Mass Disposals (P12104).
 Issue 6: The system did not update the Disposal Date field on Master Information (P1201) after disposing an asset using Single Asset Disposals (P12105).
 Issue 7: The system did not use the disposal date entered on Single Asset Disposals (P12105) to update the Disposal Date on Master Information (P1201).
 Issue 8: The system returns error 057N (Disposal Account Rules Not Set Up) on P12105 even though the disposal rules are set up for the company specified.
 Issue 9: The programs Single Asset Disposal (P12105) and Mass Disposal (P12104) only disposed  the AA ledger and not the tax ledgers.
